This program is designed for the weightlifter moving beyond a novice routine and aspiring for more. More strength, power and confidence.
Edge Bodybuilding will build upon your foundations so it’s strongly recommended that you have completed 12 weeks or more of a novice barbell strength training program before joining.
If you are unfamiliar with barbell movements including the squat, bench press, overhead press and deadlift, it is strongly encouraged you invest in working with a local trainer on these movements before joining this program.

These programs are a one-time purchase delivered to you safely through the TrainHeroic platform, the best online training platform I’ve found and the one I personally use daily.
Each includes comprehensive training with video demonstrations, tracking, and easily allows you to make modifications as needed.
Purchase provides 1 year of program access with all future updates included for free. Programs generally receive updates 1-2 times per year.
