Cancellation Policy

Here you’ll find my policies on how best to cancel or reschedule your sessions, along with my policies for missing scheduled sessions or cancelling on short notice.

These policies help me provide a stable and predictable income for myself and my family through professionally serving you and your fitness goals.

In-Person Training Sessions

Cancelling a Scheduled In-Person or In-Home Session: Please text or email at least 24 hours notice for any session cancellations.

Cancellations Under 24 hours Notice: Cancellations under 24 hours notice will be billed for 100% of the session cost. If you are responding to a medical or family emergency* this will be waived.

*Emergency defined as a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action.


Virtual Training Sessions

Cancelling a Scheduled Virtual Session: Please text or email at least 12 hours notice for any session cancellations.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session will be billed for 50% of the session cost, however if you are responding to a medical or family emergency* this will be waived.

Cancelling Under 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations under 12 hours notice will be billed for 50% of the session cost, however if you are responding to a medical or family emergency* this will be waived.

You may reschedule your session under 12 hours notice at no cost instead of paying the cancellation cost. This is to encourage clients to keep their commitment to our monthly session schedule while allowing flexibility for unpredictable work-from-home conflicts.

What if you cancel on me coach?

I promise to do my best to always give you at least 24 hours notice should I need to reschedule or cancel.

Should I cancel on you without 24 hours notice, regardless of my reason, I will owe you a complimentary training session at your convenience in addition to refunding your training session should you have paid in advance.
