I’ve been training with Greg Svoboda for a little under a year now and I’ve seen huge changes.
I’ve added over 100 pounds to my squat and 70 pounds to my bench press.
I’m starting to focus on my deadlift and I’m excited to see how high it goes! The classes are usually Strength training followed by conditioning. I’m not a fan of cardio work, but these are different, it’s surprisingly engaging and still challenging. In a nutshell the workouts are fun. The diet support he offers is easy and flexible; he started me off with Precision Nutrition and I’ve moved into intermittent fasting. Despite lowering my calorie intake and switching up my macros I haven’t seen a decrease in strength and I’ve lost weight. While sticking to the diet is all up to me, Greg’s knowledge on nutrition and supplementation has seen me through. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend him.
