Greg is an excellent trainer. I have worked with him for the past two months, and feel I am constantly challenged by his workouts. I workout with Greg along with other clients in small groups of 2-4 people, 2x/week, and no workout is less challenging than the last. I feel stronger, more solid, and overall more prepared for each workout in completely different ways, which leads me to feel confident that I am receiving comprehensive training from a great trainer. I feel confident in Greg’s skill set to evaluate where I’m at by making sure that the workout is tough, but not unrealistic.
After a long day at work, I always know I can count on Greg to be a motivator, and I truly look forward to our sessions.
I also meet with Greg monthly to discuss nutrition, exploring future goals, challenges, and regimens that work well for me. Unlike other trainers, Greg doesn’t throw everything at you at once, rather he takes the time to pace out a plan that really works well for each individual. I have not feel pushed or rushed in making life changes, but instead encouraged and always know I will get understanding and considerate feedback on where I can improve.
